Changing an Online Order

Online orders are processed by our Customer Service Team each business day (Monday – Friday) at 12:00pm, Eastern Time. Changes may be made to any order before they are processed; once an order is processed, it may not be possible to make a change to the order.
If you would like to make a change to an order that you’ve placed before this processing time, send an e-mail with your desired changes to info@nautos-usa.com.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase that you make with Nautos usa; if you’re not, we’re here to make things right.
Returns
All returns should be sent to Nautos usa:

Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase will be credited back to the form of payment originally used for the purchase; returns made outside of this 30 day window will be issued a credit and a restocking fee of 20% of their retail value. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and original packaging.

Ropes cut in desire length are non returnables .

Additional Notes for Returns and Exchanges:

 

Before you hit the water, pavement or use your new product(s), take a moment to be sure you have the right fit. Test new apparel in a clean, indoor area with the under and over layers you intend to generally wear. Go through the full range of motions, postures and functions you intend to subject each item to. Hardware and accessories should be laid out prior to installation to create a mock up of the application. Do not install or use items until you are satisfied they are correct and appropriate for their intended use. 

 

Returned or exchanged items must be new, unused and in original condition and packaging with the manufacturer’s tags still attached. Cut and made-to-order items are not returnable.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simply send us an email and we will take care of it. Any difference will be refunded to the way of payment used for the purchase.

Product Defects or Warranty Claims

If you feel that a product is defective or that a failure is covered by the product’s warranty, we are happy to assist you. In most cases this will require you to return the item to us and for us to forward it to the factory for evaluation. We kindly ask that if you’ve actually used the product on the water, please take a moment to be sure that it is dry and clean. If a product is replaced, the factory will ships the replacement to Nautos usa and we will ship it out to you.
